California Notice at Collection
When you submit a quote, callback, or contact form, we collect identifiers such as your name, phone number, service request details, page and form attribution details, and related marketing data. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule service, send estimates or service updates, and maintain our records. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information We Collect
When you fill out a form on our website or contact us by phone, we may collect your name, phone number, service interest, and property details. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to evaluate your request, prepare a response, and contact you regarding your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text and Phone Communications
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, or text message about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies, Tracking, and Your Choices
We use cookies and similar browser storage to run this site and to measure how it is used. Analytics is active from your first page view and stays active unless you turn it off. We do not run advertising cookies, remarketing tags, or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It sets two cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a site code, which expire after two years and are used to tell one visit from another and to hold a single visit together. We run it with advertising features and Google Signals switched off, so it is not used to build advertising profiles and we do not share the data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Your choice: one entry named cookie_consent records whether you opted out, so we do not have to ask again.
- Attribution: if you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign tags are held for the length of your visit so we can tell which campaign produced your enquiry.
The notice at the bottom of the page gives you the choice. Both options take one click and neither is given more prominence than the other. Choose Opt out and we stop measuring from that moment on. Your choice is saved in your own browser and applies to this site only. You can change it here at any time:
Opting out switches Google Analytics off for this browser and deletes the analytics cookies it had already set. Clearing your browser storage also clears your choice, and the notice will ask again on your next visit. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies and site storage entirely.
Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out: analytics is switched off for that browser automatically, and you are not shown the cookie notice. The control above will tell you when that has happened, and you can still switch analytics on for this site if you want to.
Some browsers also send an older Do Not Track (DNT) header. No common industry standard was ever settled for DNT, so we do not respond to it separately. GPC does the same job and we do act on it. No third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this site.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Service Providers and Third Parties
We disclose the categories of information described above to service providers who work on our behalf under contract and may use it only to perform their service: website hosting and delivery, site analytics, form and lead processing, and messaging or notification services. We disclose information for these business purposes only.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as we need them to answer your request, complete and warrant the work, and meet tax, insurance, and other legal record-keeping duties, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Campaign attribution tags are held only for the length of your visit. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, and we do not use or disclose any of it for purposes that would give you a right to limit that use.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights below. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising them.
- Know what personal information we collected, where it came from, why we collected it, and who received it.
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
To make a request, call us at (424) 203-5306 or use our contact form and write Privacy Request in your message. Both are designated methods for privacy requests.
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extending once by a further 45 days where we need to and telling you why. To verify a request, we match the details you give us against what we already hold, usually the name and phone number on the enquiry, and we ask only for what is needed to confirm it is you.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We may still ask you to verify your identity with us directly and to confirm that you gave the agent permission.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
